Intermediate/Advanced Yoga
is for designed for students with a minimum of 1-2 years of yoga practice.
Through creative
sequencing and a system of progression, this class provides an opportunity to
explore, step-by-step, a wide range of poses, pranayamas, meditation and
philosophy. Although challenging, the class is always taught in a safe,
non-competitive environment, with an attitude of playfulness, emphasizing how
yoga is a practical path to health and happiness.
This class is 90 minutes
long and heated to 90 degrees.
